The concept is neat, but I don't see it very practical. 22cm depth isn't much room at all, not for a ferret and definitely not a dog or cat (not even toy breeds).

Well, the backpack arrived!
It needs one small modification - there's a mesh on the side he likes to claw at, I'm going to sew in a piece of fabric to cover that up.
While he does try to get out at first, once I'm outside moving and in umfamiliar territory, he loves to settle down and watch the world through the little bubble.
I put his favorite travel blankie on the bottom and he seems pretty content in there. All in all it isn't too much smaller than the cat carrier I used to have for him.
Right now I'm leaving it out when he plays. I leave toys and treats in there so he'll associate it with good things. I'm excited to use it more as he get used to it.

Awwww! Do you have any pictures?
Carriers don't need to be huge, imo, to be good. Sometimes creatures prefer it smaller, and with the burrowing nature for fuzzets, I bet it's just fine for them.
I've always wanted the bubble pack.

Cute. I actually have one of these as well only it's a little larger and is brown leather on the outside. It can with Gryffindor when we got him and that's what I used to transport him home and he did just fine getting cozy in there If I had to travel longer with any of them tho i have plenty on cat carriers to choose from haha. Cute find tho and love the green color

I'll have to upload some pictures of it when I get the chance. I'm currently on my mobile device and haven't quite figured out picture posting on this site.
I will say that the backpack is just the perfect size for my boy. I put a blanket in there for him to lay in and he does well.
He does scratch to get out at first, but after a while he settles down, especially after I get moving a bit. He's pretty content to look out the window and relax in there.
All in all, it was a steal for 26 bucks I think one would work great for one ferret.
I love that the bubble can be taken out and replaced with a plastic grate.
I'm really, really happy with it.
