Hello,
What are your favorite litter boxes? Right now my ferrets have the smaller corner litter boxes (they are 10 weeks old) and they don't seem too fond of them. I also did read recently ferrets hate corner style. I was going to order the rectangle marshall's litter boxes with the tall back side. Do you guys have any favorites?
Also, I been trying to cover/block certain corners of the cage so they won't try to do their business there. I tried a stuffed animal and that failed haha

My guys didn't like any of the store-bought boxes. Hubby had to DIY me some for ours from plastic storage boxes. Ours wanted big enough to fit all 4 feet, enclosed, low lip, and opaque to make it dark instead of transparent.
I have Ferret Nation Double cages and they use fleece liners and blankets, my ferrets never potty on those.

I have the double Farret/critter cage as well. My guys a section to one half for now. When I open both they poop everywhere but the pans. Yes 4 pans. 2 lage 2 corners. They don't miss when half the floor has a box. Lol
So the one that is currently working best was a gray box that $4. It wasn't more than 4 inches high tops. And takes up half of the floor of a ferret/critter nation cage. Draw back is no high sides. Found it at Wal-Mart. I put it under the shelf and they can "hide" sort of speak. I plan to get another one for the bottom when I feel they won't poop everywhere else.
The corner ones won't work when the ferrets get bigger. Also it fills up after 2-3 uses and then they just poop in front/side of it. Since I have them, I do is them once in a while out side the cage in thier favorite corners.
They do like to drag bums to wipe. Keep the fleece near box clean. Like said before, use fleece blankets where you don't want them to poop.

Corner boxes are for the most part useless. If you're having problems with them using larger square litter boxes then maybe it's time for "litterbox boot camp" which seems to work very well ciao
