I get large rats about 6oz to 8 oz and whole guinea pigs
Anyway, was wondering if I should take organs out and feed the organs at another time or just continue cutting the prey up with organs and serve? The bigger prey do have a larger organs--like liver.
Sometimes my ferrets get watery dark stool that is why I am asking.

Generally I just gut and feed. Depending on the size I may cut in half and store half for later.

The only whole Prey I skin, gut, and remove organs from is Rabbit. Mainly because they are too big for them to eat in 2 to 3 days.
everything smaller including whole prey chickens I just toss in their cage and let them at it. I do semi Pluck the chickens
