Okay, when I head down to the grocer today I will pick up some different meats!
Beef and Pork it is. Those and chicken are the most common in Japan haha.

Yes, I can get salmon. That would be in place of muscle meat yes?

Yes it would be. What are you going to start with? Are the pork riblets available for you? They would make a great bone in addition.

I have started already! And yes, they are having pork spare ribs tonight. They took to it straight away and are chowing down.

Ok, so I'll be randomizing the bone-in-meat portions of the menu I mentioned earlier with pork and chicken, and the muscle meats with chicken, beef, pork, and salmon. That should be good enough right?
