So sorry to hear you're in this position.
How old are these kits and what/how often are you feeding them?
The odds are against hand-reared kits but some people have had success.

How old are the kits?
I hand fed Hera's litter of eleven kits, from 14th day. Sadlly we wre hit by a rotavirus infection and non of the kits made it. They all died when they were 4 weeks or a few days less.
A general advice - you have to feed them at least every 3 hours (if they are up to 10 days, feed them every 2 hours), clean them at every feeding to make sure they pee (everytime) and poop (1-2/daily) and make sure they are warm (but that they can remove themselves from a heat source if they are to warm. Most people use kitten/puppy milk replacer, I use goat milk with different recipies for different species (for ferrets is 60 ml of goat milk+egg yolk). Until they are about 3 weeks you will have to feed them via dropper or with syringe - they are too small for the bottles.
