Makes sense, but how would I mark that in my schedule for you guys then once I bought it? (Duck that is)
Also do you just thaw the whole thing and then section it up into bone in and muscle meal meals?
Sorry for some reason I was thinking we needed to get rid of chicken because of the fact they can develop allergies or sensitivities to it.. whoops lol
I blended up the liver chitlins and brain for dinner, we will see how it goes tonight
Does the whole catfish count as bone in? That's was the whole reason I wanted to add it in my weekly menu, if not I'll be a little bummed lol.
Also if I buy the bone meal powder for emergencies or as a supplement how much would I give, would I spread it out over time?
If you guys think I need more bone in variety what should I be looking for in the stores then? If I bought duck once a month would that bring enough into their menu?

Thursday am: 1/2 heart 1/4 liver 1/4 brain

friday am: pork muscle
friday pm: turkey neck (this week it will be turkey wing)
saturday am: lamb muscle

sunday am: 1/2 liver 1/2 chitlins last week, this week(today) we are trying 1/2 liver 1/4 chitlins 1/4 brains blended because they refused the last 2 meals even with soupie on it.

Every one has eaten at least a little of the liver chitlins brain soupie since I started typing this out!!!! Mauser ate like a 4th of it (dance) yayyyy
So if I counted correctly that's
6 total protein sources
8 bone-in meals (if catfish counts) (4 protein sources for the bone in if catfish counts)
They haven't done the best with the catfish, maybe after this weeks meal that I have in the freezer I should switch it to the duck...
