Contains Pea product. Probably not a wise one in my opinion.
How is the little one? Any improvement?

Orijen is one of the best kibbles for ferrets out there, although Maisie didn't like it. That's when I switched to raw!

Any of the cat or cat & kitten formulas, I'd buy them all and alternate. No idea on the price although amazon seems to have them at about $10 / 1 lb.

I can't afford a 5 lbs bag of food for 50 dollars. I don't know anyone who can afford that.

I mean in all reality a raw diet is best. You are giving a species appropriate diet. This diet does a lot for ferrets, it gives them more energy, their coat is much softer, they can keep a healthier weight since there is no fillers in a raw diet (ie Frankenprey and whole prey). The poops are much smaller, they tend to smell less (not the first month of switching though) teeth are usually nice and pretty because of the bone in meats. On top of that it gives them enrichment more on a raw diet because of the different proteins, different textures of meat and bone in meats etc. The benefits are endless.

I would raw feed but my boyfriend doesn't want too raw feed them. Well that's up to you guys maybe he will change his mind one day. Anyways some of the kibbles I listed are top quality kibble. I would choose 3 brands of kibble and mix them so that if one changes ingredients or stops being made you still have the other two.
