I am looking to get a pet gate for my door so mine can free roam my room, the marshalls pen wont work because my room is too small
and also does anyone have suggestions on tubing I want to make a tube system around my room for them, like the other one posted here, but they will not sell me that tubing in bulk i already contacted the company who makes the ferret tubes.

I would just use the tubes you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot. They're cheaper and work just as well. I think they're in the plumbing section. I buy the big black plastic tubes.

For a pet gate I use one that was custom-built by my grandfather and I, made of wood and plexiglass. If you're buying one, make sure it's one that has plexiglass or another smooth surface. Otherwise your fuzzies can and will just climb over it. You might also be able to add plexiglass or coroplast to a pet gate if that would be cheaper or easier. Unfortunately I don't have a specific product or brand to recommend. As far as tubing goes, I highly recommend the pipes that ferretfanatic is talking about. They are called drainage tubes. I got mine from Home Depot, 100 feet of it for $48.

You can use play pen fencing to block off access to the door inside your room to keep the ferrets away from it. You just need one or more panels on each end to be flat against a wall or something so you can hold it in place with suitably heavy objects.

I could possibly make one As for the tubing I would like it to be somewhat clear so they would still be visable just so I know where they are

Here, I took some pictures for you. This is it from the front, the side with the latch where you'd enter the room: This is the back side, covered in plexiglass so that they wouldn't get splinters if they scratched at it: You'll notice that I have a litterbox and puppy pad in front of it. It seems like ferrets like to go to the bathroom in front of gates. Honestly I wouldn't make one just like this unless you're pretty good at building stuff. I think I remember that we had a really hard time getting the hinges in the right spot and holding the weight of the gate. It works pretty well now, I've never had a ferret get past it. If I had to do it again I would probably have the door made up of a wooden frame with plexiglass screwed over it, because a solid slab of wood is way too heavy for most hinges. Hope this helps!

Im thinking I can probably do just a piece of Plexiglass, the door to my room is a sliding door and there is enough room to slide plexiglass in there and have it just big enough for people to climb over That is an awesome fence though but yeah your right i really have no experience building like that haha thats why ill probably try to find a peice of plexiglass that will fit, ill probably have to drill a hold and put a rope of some sort too so if anyone pushes it aside it wont get stuck in my wall
