Just remember that switching poops are going to be everywhere. They aren't going to be steady like the kibble poops.
Now on to those poop pictures, so far they aren't alarming as this is the first raw she has been fed correct? If the green mucousy poops from the chicken keep looking or smell really nasty for a week or more she may have an allergy to chicken. My little Shelby is very allergic to chicken. Her poops looked like hard core ECE. She didn't have ece though. Also poop pictures are always welcome on the forum.
Your menu is extremely chicken heavy ferrets require at least 3 different proteins to get all the nutrition possible. Walmart also sells Cornish game hen as well that can be used as a protein. But try any Asian market near you they should have rabbit, quail, duck those type of things.
Adult females usually eat between 1 to 3 oz per day. Babies like yours will probably eat twice as much if not more. Also a ferret transitioning will eat more anyways because of lack of nutrition on a kibble diet.
Try picking her up in your lap and cutting the meat into small bits and off it to her in your hand and see if she will eat it that way. She may not know what todo with it...

This is your personal switch thread so you can add and put as many pictures as you need to document your switch. A raw egg is good once a week for hair ball prevention. When she is shedding 2 to 3 a week is acceptable. Raw egg poops are extremely smelly and they are on the softer side of the spectrum for poop.
Here in Utah a kitchen scale is about $20.00. So pretty cheap. She dosent need supplements all you need to do is focus on getting her on a balanced diet.
If you haven't already I would apply for a mentor so as your going through this switch you have enough posts and your mentor has something to go off of as well.

You can rely on the look of the poop of course. So her poops right now look normal for eating something new. Like I said switching poops are a lot different than kibble or even regular raw fed ferrets. They have to go through and detox and adjust to the new food.
You can make a soup to get her started on raw to get her to taste it.
8oz of chicken thigh 1 Oz of heart 1 Oz of liver 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of ground up egg shell or bone meal
The reason I suggest this is because she doesn't seem to interested. And I feel it would be easier for you to feed her in your lap with a soup vs chunks. Make sure to use the food processor to grind up the ingredients. Also when your about to feed her put about an ounce in a bowl add water to the consistency of like a heavy whipping cream. Grab a spoon and grab her. Put her on your lap dip your finger in the soupie and rub your finger on her lips. This makes her want to lick it off her lips and gets her interested.
For now till you make the soupie if you would like give her some kibble so she's not going hungry. Then when your about ready take the kibble away for 3 to 4 hours and try the soup.

If it's easier for you, you can always use online pet food provider. Hare Today and my pet carnivore are good places to get food. I use Hare Today as an Asian market is 3 hours away from me and it's easier to just make a budget to buy online for now.
I feel your pain with with a picky younger ferret. I have had 4 young ones from 6 weeks to 5 months all of them were easy to switch and ate anything I gave them. Apollo my youngest has been more of a trial to get him to like new things. He's coming around more and more but it was a lot of work. I got him when he was 6 weeks old and has been on raw since I got him. But some how he's the pickiest...

That is great news that she is eating the chicken and part of the bone! I spend about 100 dollars on food then about 60 on shipping. I live in utah.

@morgan2247 - I ended up putting a Wingette into her bowl after taking the pork/heart out this morning. She immediately started eating it, she's eaten 90% of the meat and gnawed on the bone. I'm definitely considering ordering from Hare Today since I highly doubt I'll be able to find such meats anywhere close to me and making a two-hour meat trip won't always be an option. I thought about buying at least duck necks and turkey pieces. Can I feed the grinds as meals? Good news - I made the soup and she was unsure of it at first, but after I put some on her nose she immediately started eating it! (dance) So from here do I keep giving her the soup (which I put in an ice cube tray in the freezer) and make new soup but add slivers? She IS eating chicken meat and bones, so can I keep giving her those? Do I need to keep her kibble in her cage overnight? I feed grinds to my kids. They eat the lamb, turkey, duck, and other grinds so yes this is acceptable. I will link the chart to you so you have it to balance out the rest of your menu. With the soup if you would like she is eating off the bone which is a good thing. My thing is is she is being kind of a brat about eating the other proteins. If you want to you can try and be persistent with her and try during the day to feed her the other proteins so you can watch her and at night you can thaw some soup for her and she can have that so she is not trying to starve herself. You can also try if she likes the soup get small pieces of the heart or pork and dip it in the soup and see if she will eat it that way. You make make the soup thicker by adding less water and giving her slivers or chunks of meat included in it as well. Like I said you can put small chunks of heart in the soup as well...

@morgan2247 - Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and giving me all this information as well as clearing up the Mentor sign up - I can't tell you how much I appreciate your patience! Never having owned a Ferret before, I've been nothing but confused with the diet transition - Tonight I will stick about 6 cubes in her bowl in her cage...I have a very small ice cube tray, like this one:
- Tomorrow I will start her off in the morning with some small pork pieces dipped in the soup, and in the afternoon I will do the same but with beef heart. Does that sound about right?
It's no problem what so ever. I got my first ferret last year June 27th. I started my switch thread around July 2. And by this time I beleive I had my mentor so I was new as well and needed a lot of guidance. So I try to help as much as possible. Yeah six should do and as long as she is eating the soupie by herself you won't have to get up every 4 hours to see if she is eating. What did you put in the soupie you gave her? Like protein wise what is in it? You can definitely try in the morning you can either dip it in the soup or just put small slivers and see if she will eat it that way.

Just remember the soup recipe I gave you is a balanced recipe so it's completely balanced for switching ferrets or old and sickly ferrets.
It's nice to have something like that to have around especially because she likes it you can introduce new proteins that way.
