Haha, Watson looks so superior. I love his name, too. He looks like a snuggly cat. You have an old black kitty like I do, mine's 10.

Your kitties are beautiful. Awesome pics. I had a siamese cat once. Her name was Tasha and she was incredible. She passed when she was 12

I've been chosen by 3 siamese in my time. Samurai, a chocolate point, was my last, he past on with assistance at the ripe old age of 21. Ninja passed on at 12 and Nitro passed on at 13. Both were kibble fed. Samurai was switched when his brother passed on. The raw gave him a much better life. Giving him a better quality and quantity of life ciao

Herne is the one I've tried everything I can think of with to get him off the kibble I can sometimes find a wet food he likes, and he'll start eating it just fine. But then, about a month into it, he starts eating less and less, and finally reaches a point where his weight starts dropping drastically- dangerously so. When this happened the first time, and the pounds started coming off(a month and a half into the wet food), my first thought was "wow! decreasing all those carbs has made a world of difference" Then, we noticed he'd only take a few licks of the food, and leave. So- we tried giving him some whenever he'd come around the feeding area. Again, 2-3 licks, and leave. He went from 14lbs down to just over 7. That's when I had to start the syringe feeding, because he didn't even want kibbles at that point. He wasn't used to eating anymore. 2 weeks of syringing, and we gave him back the kibble to get the weight back ON him. I tried it again about 6 months later, with the same result. Tried giving just wet during the day, and kibble at night time feeding, but he'd wait it out til he got his kibble again He is the most stubborn cat I have ever dealt with!

Heather - WOW! 21 is a looong time to live. Just proves how beneficial raw truly is.
Sherry - What a stubborn little kitty! That would drive me crazy

Justahannah- Watson IS smug And yes, Jackie. It's extremely frustrating! Right now, I've started leaving just a wee bit of wet mixed with some warm water beside his kibble dish. I've been doing this for about a month now. He'd take the odd lick here and there. Last night- he ate all the canned BEFORE the kibble. Hurray!!! This morning, I offered the exact same wet mixed in the same way, again beside the kibble. He sniffed it and jumped down

Considering he's refused it every time since- I doubt it . But, we'll keep putting it beside his dish of kibble for the odd lick that he'll take ;D

Good looking kitties,I take it that Mr.Stubbs has a stubby tail? I had one that was named Stubby (RIP). I have a tabby named Shadow that has a kinky stubby tail.
