Wow! Well if they are all eating big bone-in chunks of meat, I would 110% recommend switching to the Frankenprey Diet as soon as you can get all the supplies/meats for it together. You can start the menu mainly relying on chicken, and then including new proteins as quickly as the ferrets will take it. The best part about young ferrets is they're always hungry and haven't yet imprinted on their foods so it is easy to introduce new meats. Eventually we recommend a minimum of 3-4 different proteins per week, but more is always better. Good bone-in sources include chicken, rabbit and quail. Examples of muscle meals could be pork, beef, lamb, duck, etc.

5/13
All 3 are now introduced to porkchops (the bone with meat left over was kept to give them today once they all took to the pork) and we will be giving Rosita her first chicken wing this evening
Morning
H - 4 TBS (half soup and half chunks) C - 4 TBS (half soup and half chunks) R - 2 TBS (half soup and half chunks)
Afternoon
H - 4 TBS C - 1.5 TBS R - 4 TBS
THE BUTCHER CALLED BACK AND CONFIRMED...WE CAN PRE-ORDER VEAL (BONE IN), WHOLE QUAIL, AND WHOLE CHINESE RABBIT - WILL BE PLACING ORDER SOON!
Chicken wing experience with Rosita wasn't a success today. Tried to coax and gave her time off and on for thirty minutes. Charlotte wound up taking R's wing and ate half of it. Heisenberg was given another wing and he only ate the tip.
Evening
H - 3.5 TBS C - 3 TBS R - 3.5 TBS

Fantastic! One thing to note is that the bones from any larger animal (including pork, veal, lamb, beef, etc.) are WAY too hard for ferrets to eat. The bones can damage their teeth or puncture their intestines. Since veal is the same protein as beef, you are probably better off just ordering beef since it is much cheaper and the ferrets won't know the difference Let me know how Rosita does with the chicken wing

The veal (bone in) and whole rabbit are both $4/lb and quail is most expensive @ $9.99/lb Rosita wasn't a fan of the wing yesterday. Gave her time and tried to coax her off and on for thirty minutes. Will try again this afternoon. Charlotte wound up stepping in after and took the wing.

5/14
Morning
H - 2.5 TBS R - 2 TBS C - 2.5 TBS
Afternoon
Gave the wings a go again with Rosita and she ate a few chunks of meat off the bone and chewed on it for a while (didn't see her get any bone) and H and C shared the rest of C's chicken wing that was left from yesterday (C ate more bone and rest of meat from wing tip and H ate off the larger end eating all the meat off the bone)
H - 3 TBS of mixed chunks of chicken thigh and pork chop C - 3 TBS of mixed chunks of chicken thigh and pork chop R - 3.5 TBS of half soup and half chunks of pork
R and C had their third and final distemper shot and wellness check up at the vet today and H had his second distemper shot and wellness check up
H - 3 TBS (half soup and half chunks) R - 3 TBS (half soup and half chunks) C - She isn't feeling well from the vaccination and has been sleeping all evening. We've been making sure she's hydrated and monitoring her poops (taking her to vet tomorrow if she doesn't bounce back like H and R who also weren't feeling well earlier in the evening)
ORDERED VEAL, LAMB, AND WHOLE RABBIT FROM BUTCHER TODAY (MAY TAKE A WEEK TO GET HERE)

5/15
I woke up around 2:30 AM to fine Charlotte up and pretty much back to her normal self. Gave her 1.5 TBS of soup and chunk mix (chicken based) and she ate most of it.
Charlotte and the gang are all back to their normal happy self. Charlotte doesn't have diarrhea anymore and actually had a solid stool, so happy she is feeling so much better.
Morning (Pork chop soup mix with half chunks)
Gave H and C another chicken wing this morning. C ate the tip and a few bites of the meat and H ate all of the wing (minus the larger bone area)
H - 4 TBS R - 3 TBS C - 2.5 TBS
Afternoon
H - Ate rest of the meat off his chicken wing and ate a lot of the marrow from the larger part of the wing; 3 TBS C - Ate a few more bites of meat off the wing; 2.5 TBS R - Ate a couple bites of meat off C's wing and gnawed on the wing for 10 minutes; 2.5 TBS

It sounds like you and your fuzzies are making some great progress! Here is some reading for you to do today: Please review this article I wrote on the importance of variety in a raw diet. It also covers the different nutrients found in different types of meat.

It also covers the different nutrients found in different types of meat. Thank you! That means a lot to know our transition progress is becoming a success. It's a lot of work, but soooo worth it! I meant to ask you earlier as well...What type of beef product can I buy for my fuzz butts. I know hamburger is out of the question (or so I've caught through the grape vine) but what are the best cuts for them?

You can feed them ground beef (hamburger) if it is 100% beef with nothing added. You can also feed them any cut of boneless beef.
Other good muscle meal options include lamb, pork, goat, duck, venison, bison, and even more exotic meats like ostrich and kangaroo.
Bone in meats you can feed include chicken, turkey (although stick to the smaller bones like neck and wings), quail, cornish game hen, rabbit (and any other rodents really), frogs legs, partridge, and and other small fowl.
There are a number of organs you can feed along with liver, including kidney, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, brain, thymus, etc. (basically any organs which secrete) although I've discovered that kidney and pancreas/thymus ("sweetbreads") are the easiest to find in stores.

H - Tried giving half soup/half chunks (chicken based) and wasn't interested. Proceeded to give him a chicken wing, which he ate the wing tip and a few chunks of meet off of (while I was making a different batch of half soup/half chunks - pork based); gave other soup/chuck mixture and had no interest (tried 5 separate times to coax him to eat more but had no interest) R - She did the same with the chicken base; gave her wing that she chewed on for about 15 minutes (she got some of the marrow and a little meat off the wing); then tried giving her the pork base and all she did was grab and stash her food (not certain why neither H or R were that hungry this morning and why R was just stashing all her food; both were fed separately in secluded areas (Rosita especially can not eat in the same area as her brother or sister) C - She took to the pork base and ate 2 TBS worth (again, very unusual for C not to be that hungry either).
H and R are both sleeping again now after playing for a while and C is up running around doing her own thing (all of them are acting normal besides not having a good appetite this morning)
Afternoon
H - 3.5 TBS R - 1.5 TBS (Had to go in room with her and continuously place her next to her bowl before she would grab a bite, then she would immediately go behind me to eat but didn't stash this time; wondering what this is all about); tried giving wing again (she kept trying to stash it until I came in with her; we played tug of war for a moment with the wing because she ran after it and bit onto it when I grabbed it, then I sat holding it for about 10 minutes while she ate the entire wing tip and she lost interest); then tried to coax her with egg yolk (which she licked a few licks off a spoon, then drizzled on soupie on spoon (which she ate a bite), then drizzled on soupie (licked egg yolk once and lost interest) C - 3 TBS
MY FIANCÉ BOUGHT CHICKEN GIZZARDS TODAY FROM THE BUTCHER AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THEY PLACED OUR PHONE ORDER
Note: Thinking a possibility of why R is acting strangely is because the other day she grabbed a bite of food and was sneaky, jumping over the baby gate while I was beginning to feed H and she took to her stash spot under the couch and ate it; so maybe she isn't eating because she wants to stash and eat (which can't happen because we'd have to tear apart our couch to clean it).
Evening (Pork based soupie/half chunks)
H - 4.5 TBS R - Sleeping (will update) C - 4 TBS
