If you can find a spot for even a small chest freezer it will be a huge help to you. I would be lost without mine, I have to have it in the hallway in my apt. by my front door but it is totally worth it!

You have Rabbit there, do they eat the rabbit also? If you could add in there whether they are bone in or muscle meals that would be great also.

I know you are doing your best with the red meat. Where do you get the rabbit from? Do you know if it is wild or farmed? Red meat is only a VERY strong reccomendation, not a requirement for graduation. So if they are doing well with everything else, lets get you ready for graduation, if you feel ready for that. :goodjob:

Great news, Rabbit is considered a red meat. I am still going to encourage you to keep trying the beef and mice and well any type of protein you can get your hands on. If you feel ready for it and get this pop quiz right and the menu including all the things they eat then we can get you graduated after a final menu and exam. 1.) Why is red meat important to include in a ferrets diet? 2.) If feeding a balanced diet what nutritional supplements are recommended? 3.) Can ham be fed to ferrets? Why or why not.

I am still trying the red meat Minnie eats it Binxie still doesn't but I'm not giving up on her and we get the rabbit from the Asian market and its a whole rabbit. sorry i havent been on here Binxie ripped out her nail the other day and i've been treating plus my hours were doubled this last week so i've been very busy. Also i give rabbit twice a week sometimes three times a week can i only give it to them once a week now since its considered a red meat?
They need red meat for the Iron. I was going to ask you about supplements because binixie hasn't been eating the red meat and i didnt want her diet to be off balance. i'm going to say no for ham since there is salt added to it...
