Zoey 1.15lbs (521.6g) Ate 2 cubes of soup this am and 2 more this afternoon. (Pork, pork liver, pork hearts, ground up eggshells) she's gained 2 ounces since she started eating her soup! Giving 2 more cubes for over night.

Zoey didn't eat over night and wont touch her soup this morning. She had some kibble, still not sure if it should be available to her during the day. I think she will go right to it instead of the soup.

I think she will go right to it instead of the soup. Zoey still needs some reassurance and coaxing. You'll need to sit with her during her soupie meals when you're home. Remember is she knows the kibble is coming then she'll hold out for it. Some things that make for great treats are an egg or some salmon oil. I buy some FDR hearts for treats. Fresh is best (from Amazon) has dried turkey and duck hearts. Gizzards can make a good treat and help build her jaw strength and clean her teeth.

Zoey seems to be back on track eating her soupie. I added in some slivers and introduced them to her tonight, she took one and left it under my bed . Very hard to get out lol. She munches down the slivers of liver and hearts in her soupie but didn't seem to like these. I'll work with her more tomorrow on them. Thank you for the treat tips. I'd like something I can train her with. She's starting to "forget" her sign language.

Zoey is not doing well at all on the soupie again. It's been almost 2 days and she has not touched anything and is only pooping green slime. Frustrated and worried I gave her the kibble back and she ate it and it and is back to being active and having normalish poops. No matter how long i sit with her and offer she licks it once then wont touch it, just sits in my lap with no interest. I'm going to do more research on diets before I continue the transition. So hitting the brakes for now..
