I have the black drain tubes, cardboard tubes, PVC pipes, ferret tubes, rubber maid boxes for dig boxes. I'm just wondering if any of these items get too warm will they give off toxins that will hurt the fuzzbutts. They seem to end up being pushed against our floor heaters (we have multiple ones), they're everywhere, including the Ferrets room (which isn't usually on) but we have their toys/bins etc all over the house. Should I be concerned? Of their toys getting too hot?
Thx

It's a good question and one I honestly cannot answer at least of the toxicity of the heating of the plastic. I make it a habit of moving tubes and sleep and dig boxes off and away from heat vents but not because of the toxins but because the need of using those heaters . I have noted that if the tubes or tunnels are warm they usually avoid using them ciao
