Well, so much for the silver bullet that I thought I had found. Annabelle said that new craigslist girl can eat breakfast with her, but that is as far as it goes. A fight left newbie without fur on throat area.

Is your newbie moulting because fur shouldn't come out that easily even in a rough fight and Annabelle you naughty little monster, you shouldn't be beating up possible friends.

Frolicking Ferret you r right. My new girl, Phoebe, looks like my senior. They r both whitish or silver. I thought I had put Phoebe in her in the playpen--- and while watching tv a few minutes ago ,a white ferret came around the corner. Unknown to me, I put senior up, and Phoebe was still out. So tuft of missing hair is from senior, and she had a glucose test the other day. Evidently vet shaved her here ? While Annabelle got in a fight with Phoebe, the little tuft I saw flying was just that--- a little tuft, not this big patch. How embarrassing Thought I would tell you good job---lets you know how much I know about ferret fights.

Wow! I was going to say Annabelle sounds like a lil' scrapper, pulling out fur and such. Glad to know it was another ferret.

I've seen plenty of dominance fight that I've just let the ferret crack on with it because they sort it out themselves That is Vinnie having a dominance fight with his son Bobby, they're both vocal ferrets so they make it seem worse than it is. I've also had a serious ferret fight where I've had two ferrets work together to try and tear another one apart, I created a thread about that called Nasty ferret fight. And I've also had a serious fight between my polecat Bandit and one of my ferrets where Bandit had Nancy by the throat and tried to kill her, there was a lot of screaming, poofing and poop.

Funny watching your other one getting out of the way Yes there was screaming by newbie and puffy tails. When weather gets good, I will take them for walks. Probably not on a coupler at first. Poor thing was jumped on by my baby(1 yr old) that day too.

Yep, the coupler is for dogs, they come in nylon and steel chain like I've got, if you get the steel chain coupler then make sure that it's for small breeds of dogs otherwise it might be too heavy for your ferrets.

The hob in the video with a bit of hair missing in his tail is Vinnie and the one that keeps climbing up the washing basket is Nancy.
