Hiya!
I found this small asian market today to find some hearts and livers. While they didn't have any in stock (big orders only and not much interest), she was kind enough to order some specifically for me if I didn't mind a whole 60 pound box!
My question is this: Is there anyone else in the area (or willing to pay shipping) that would like to partake in the order? Sixty pounds of hearts and 60 pounds of livers is a lot! I was thinking something like a co-op setup might be nice if anyone was interested. Bulk order price without needing to make the space, haha. I'm getting them for $2/pound for both, no cost for shipping. Both are pig organs, and I believe there's also the option of tongue.
