2 feet is the depth so it doesn't block the door. The height is dependant on a shelf above it. The width could be slightly wider, but it would be harder to move the cage out of the room if needed.

My pen at it's smallest is 2ft by 4ft (think it's about 3ft high, might be a bit more). But if you could get to a hardware store that can cut it for you then you could get what ever size you need. If you added something like a mesh lid you could add in a shelf or something with a very gentle sloped, wide ramp, if you wanted. Mine just have the 4ft by 2ft floor space when I need them to be in a smaller space. The way mine is together it means to dismantle it (cleaning, moving etc) I just pull out the rods and I have 4 wooden boards that I can carry (I have a bad back so it needed to be easy to move). It's not easy to move while it's connected but it can be done.
I'll try get you some pictures tomorrow, if you want.

I'll take some pictures tomorrow, I'd do it now but it's after 10pm here and I don't like putting the light on in their room if I don't have to.

Also, I remeasured it and apparently the space is 3.5 feet high, not 4 feet. Sigh.

We're trying to think of a way to pull the platforms out- it can't be from the sides because there isn't room. We might have to go with 4 sets of doors instead of 2... but that would be 4 extra feet of wood. The ramps will be a bit less steep.

I'm thinking maybe have a mechanism that makes each door easily removed and opened from both sides like how their crate is. It has a twist mechanism that lowers and raises the bars that keep the door closed and in place. Twisting both sides of the door and pulling completely removes the door.

Also, I got a real comparison for what fits through 1 inch mesh, and I think 1 inch should work fine. Layla's head definitely shouldn't fit though. The bars on their cage are barely less than an inch. I also can't find any 1/2inch mesh rolls that would cost less than 80 bucks, which I can't afford when I won't even use half of it.

Yea, I'll make sure that I'll get it coated in vinyl. I just took a picture of Layla's head with a 2x2 gauze pad for reference

What thickness of coroplast should I be looking at?

So corrugated plastic is way too expensive- I have no clue what to get that's cheaper.
