Gave them guinea fowl carcass this morning. They had that on Thursday and ate it all. Well today Salt the tiny 'bino Jill decided that she was the only one allowed to have the carcass. There she was puffed up, squeaking and hissing, holding off 6 Hob ferrets. They all backed down and allowed her to eat lol. Then her sister Pepper walks right into the mêlée right up and starts eating. Salt didn't even hiss. The hobs looked up at me as if saying 'mom that's not fair'. Needless to say once the girlies were done the boys got their time to munch

Well last week's menu went down well with all the fuzzles. The newbies seem to love hearts & quail and pretty much anything I've given them so far. Still detoxing from kibble but now already poop smells better and they smell better

All the newbies coats are glossy and they have lil round bellies. And they all have lovely clean teeth too. The wonders of raw diet is amazing to see the change in them. They've detoxed from the kibble now and poops are nice and consistent with what they are eating They also seem to be showing more personality and energy and are munching into winter weight

Well all the newbies are doing well in the weight department. They have all put on a good amount lately. Albeit mostly due to getting ready for winter but still I'm happy they are doing so well
Bandit(2 yr old hob) 1.38kg Dotty(3 yr old jill) 0.84kg Pepper(1 yr old jill 0.72kg Salt(1 yr old jill) 0.70kg Willow(2yr old hob) 1.32kg
They all eat anything though they all have their favourites. Willow loves fish. Dotty loves anything Chicken. Salt and Peppers' favourite is whole Quail. Bandit loves his eggies the most
And of course they love squabbling over day old chicks lol.

Okies folks I'm gonna finish this self switch thread here. The new fuzzles are fully switched for over one month now on full frankenprey plus occasional whole prey diet with no kibble in site for that time. They have put on weight nicely, look healthy, soft thick coats and so much more energy and seem much happier too. I'm happy they took to the switch well and all relish in eating whatever I feed them
