When she was done she came out with her fur being real nice and soft (it was oily). That sand is ground pumice, which is supposed to clean the fur and remove any dust mites and the like that could cause skin irritation.
I'm afraid of using rice because it can expand if swallowed, I might try beans after this stuff needs changing. I do want to change mediums time to time to keep her stimulated.

Long grain rice won't expand like instant rice, and it also will absorb some oil from her fur. Really fine sand could get in her ears, nose, etc.

It appears that Nei doesn't like beef kidney. Looked in her dish and saw all the chicken liver is gone except the Beef Kidney. Might have more luck on Sun when there is less of it and more of the others, I notice that she is intimidated by a full food dish. When I put less in it she is more tempted by it.

If you still have the sand, you could maybe try wetting it down? Although she might not like that texture and I don't know if keeping wet sand around is a good idea (would it get moldy?!)

If you offer her a piece of the kidney from your fingers does she eat it?

If you offer her a piece of the kidney from your fingers does she eat it? She'll lick it, take it then stash it, but will never eat it.

Try holding her while she eats it. This way you can make sure she actually chews it and gets a real taste.

Just a short update: Nei is doing great, she has a fat belly and is very active. Received Grizzly's Salmon oil today, which I'll be using as a distraction to start trimming her nails and she loves it.
Tomorrow evening I'm only going to add a couple of pieces of that Beef Kidney and add a bit of salmon oil to help encourage her.

Ok your menu wasn't clear to me on which two meals are substitutes, if you don't mind and when you have time, (I'm going to bed now so really there is no rush) an updated menu would be great.

Last night and this morning I discovered that Nei will now come to me by calling her name (as long as she is not DFS).
My only problem now is trying to find a way to encourage her to eat from her dish instead of stashing everything. Sanitation problem is one thing, but it also causes a lot of the meat to dry up before she has a chance to eat it.
My final plan:
Monday am: Chinese Pork Ribs Monday pm: Beef Heart
Tuesday am: Chicken w/Bone Tuesday pm: Chicken Gizzard
Wednesday am: Turkey Neck Wednesday pm: Beef
Thursday am: Chicken w/Bone Thursday pm: Beef Kidney and Liver
Friday am: Chinese Pork Ribs Friday pm: Beef
Saturday am: Chicken w/Bone Saturday pm: Chicken
Sunday am: Turkey Neck Sunday pm: 1/2 Chicken Heat, 1/4 Liver, 1/4 Beef Kidneys

Is she eating the pork ribs alright? I know I'm being a pain but can you tell me how many ounces a meal she is eating and then how many ounces of liver and kidney and heart she gets for those meals? If you run out of heart what are a couple of good sources of taurine you can substitute?

If you run out of heart what are a couple of good sources of taurine you can substitute? The ribs are soft enough that she chews some bone from it, not a lot but some. I give her about 7-8 ounces a day, servings vary. Sometimes she eats it all sometimes only half. She loves chicken hearts and beef hearts she picks at until she is hungry enough (though sometimes the meat dries up before she gets to it). I have plenty of everything, might be running a bit low on boneless sirloin, but since she doesn't get a lot of it, it'll last awhile.
