So today i went in to check on my babies and herman has some greenish diarrhea looking poop
Its odd as all his poops yesterday looked really nice an healthy and these dont...
He isnt on any new food and i didnt give him anything new at all. He was super happy and energetic yesterday too.
He had the last of his medication yesterday, and he isnt on antibiotics anymore (hasnt been on them for 2 days)
Any ideas? I can take a picture of his litter box / poos if needed.
They are like a dark greenish looking color ( From what i saw but i pretty quicky came on here to get some advice...)

Is it only the one so far? If it is I would just watch and wait (but again I'm pretty new at this too) how is his activity today?

If it is I would just watch and wait (but again I'm pretty new at this too) how is his activity today? theres two more normal (but not really normal) poos in there, like browner then brown with some green then a slightly more solid green but clearly Diarrhea poo and then a really liquidy diarrhea poo. I havnt woken him up to play yet, but i could if you think i should? Normally he sleeps most of the day and then we play for as long as he likes later at night

Well they are all from today as i clean the litter box every night ( When i let them out for there play times) Here is a pic of the overall litter box Heres the more solid diarrhea poop and heres the one thats really freaking me out
(the food is from lafie who is in the above cage and he pulls food out of his dish and it falls though the bars and flooring and into the litter box a lot =-='')

Hopefully some one more experianced will chime in soon but I would check that very dark one by smudging it between paper towels to make sure there is no blood in it. If they are not on raw yet and nothing has changed to stress him, I'm not sure what could be causing it. @poncesmom , Heather , Sherry . Hopefully they will have a much better answer.

Ok i can do that. Nothing has changed at all and he was very happy yesterday so its really confusing to me. I cleaned out his litter box so i can clealy see what his next poop is like. Really hopping its not like that green yucky one again or im going to bring him to the vet tomorrow they are gonna be closed soon so i wouldnt be able to get him there today)

Green poop is usually indicative of stress. It can also be caused by food passing thru quickly thru them or food that doesn't digest properly. That one looks rather muscousy and that's a natural protection against something something that irritated their digestive system and/or some minor stress. ECE is called Green Slime disease and will make for green poops. Unless Herman was exposed to a new petstore baby, I wouldn't worry about that. ECE takes around two weeks to show it's symptoms. Keep an eye out on the next two or three poops. Here is a copy of the poop chart: holisticferret60.proboards.com/thread/2469/poop-chart

I will keep there room quiet (as it normally is) and keep an eye on his litter box. Hopefully this is just stress (Maybe its because his pain meds are over?) and not too much stress. There was no blood in the poops by the way. I really hope this is nothing bad, i feel so bad for herman ! First the growths, then surgery haha i hope this isnt something else wrong with him.

Good idea. How does his surgery sites look? His foot was all scabbed over nicely last i check and his tummy is looking ok (he got a scratch in the other day but i put cream on it and he has the sock on again so im hoping it will get healed nicely.) But the tummy one doesnt look infected or anything, and i think the foot swelling has gone down.

As he just finished antibiotics I am not too surprised at the stools. Some proviso certainly won't hurt right now

He went off the meds and was very active... Sounds like he Tuckered his body out. I wouldn't worry unless it continues or gets worse.

P.s. is he getting any probiotics to rebuild the good gut bacteria? not yet, it just started today. He pooped like 4 more times, 3 the really gross slimy poops and one slightly more in a pile ( still diarrhea ) Poop. He wasnt as energetic today, and didnt seem to want to do much. He also was grinding his teeth a bit? ( At least it sounded like he was doing that) What could that mean?
