I agree she may be a waardy, actually mentioned it in the post I did when I got her. She certainly is deaf which is making the bite training a little difficult but she is improving a little. She ate 2.5oz today tonight I'm going to try to not add any kibble and see what happens. I did offer Hera mouse which she sniffed at and then left alone all day. I give it to Sir and Missy after about 8 hours. Sir and Missy ate 2ozs today plus 3 mice so maybe a little over 3oz total. All 3 seem to have a lot of energy today. They were out for 3 hours earlier today and were all fired up again when I let them out at 10. Missy and Belle run around like little nuts, Sir is much more mellow and is usually the one to tire first. He is my snuggler. Belle is my snorklier, I gave them egg today also, she wore most of it! Literally snorkled in it. What a mess. Wish I had gotten a picture of it though. Ohhhh she is eating a piece of beef lung right now! A decent size too! I pretty much had to put it in her mouth but gone it is and a pice of heart too!

Belle ate 4oz last night and 5 oz today. Sir and Missy ate 5oz last night and 5oz today. Starting tonight Belle is getting no soup just small pieces of rabbit meat with the heart and liver, same recipe as the soup just not blended and no water added. Hopefully she eats it, but I figured if she was eating those pieces last night she can eat this also. We shall see I guess. Next weeks menu starting tomorrow,

Belle ate 5oz today while Sir and Missy ate a whopping 1oz.. Tomorrow they get mice again and I will give one to Belle also. There was no kibble in her food today either so I think she is doing well. I have some quail with bone left so one day this week I will try her with that also.

If she won't eat the mice then try to chop it up and mix it into her chunks. Little babies are fuzzy tummies with teeth and they will eat double the amount of an adult!

I'm trying a whole one again today, I opened it up a little so she could see the meat and left it in her bowl before I left. I'll see what she does with it in s couple of hours. She ate 1oz last night and Sir and Missy ate 3oz.

Belle ate 3oz of rabbit mixture and a mouse (yay she ate the mouse and I didn't have to cut it up!) and most of a chicken wingette today. I am giving her quail and duck neck tonight. I think I will be combining ages possibly tomorrow. I know she eats what they do so I have no worries about the hem eating her food now. What do you think? Sir and Missy ate all but a half of a mouse which I will leave for them to snack on.

Just to keep updated while waiting for my results. They are doing great and Belle is at 1.5lbs as of last night! I'm going to go through my freezer and reorganize and take stock of what I have. I think I am getting low on duck necks and I would really like to keep them in their rotation. They seem to love them.

Did it 2 days ago. Thank you! Also as a side note/clarification. The menu says 7 proteins but I think there are only 6 on it because there is no quail on it but they do eat quail and I am planning on introducing rats and cavies with my next rodent pro order.

Last night they had 6oz of chicken and 6ozs of quail instead of 12 of chicken. I realized I only had the 6 so a mix it was. They left about an oz this morning and they ate 11oz of duck neck during the day. Today they have 12oz of chicken wings. Which reminds me, I need to steal another curtain hook from my day hehe. orders from rodent pro and hate today both placed yesterday so cavies and rats are on their way.

Congratulations :boing: You've graduated and you're ready to walk this path alone. You have the foundation to help you feed your fuzzes in a more natural and healthy manner. Please remember that your learning never stops, and dietary needs change from ferret to ferret and throughout each their lives. I would like you to be aware that though you now have the capability and the knowledge to create your little ones diets you are never alone and that your mentor (you need only pm) is always available to you. The list is also a very good resource and you should always be aware that it's available to answer any questions you may have either about diet or care. Good luck, in a few days the thread will be locked down and placed in the archives but be aware that you can always look through it as a reference tool but you just will not be able to post to it. Your mentor will be in to congratulate you shortly :goodjob: :wave3:
ciao
