So one of our ferrets has a bad uri and ear infection and her appetite went way down so we supplemented with her old kibble. The other two are making great progress and are eating their soup three times per day.

Awwwe, poor fuzzy! I hope she gets better soon. Since you said "supplemented" I'm assuming you're still feeding raw as well. You can try mixing some egg yolk with the soup for her, or putting it on top. I don't know if she's tried it before, but once ferrets get a taste of egg they will eat it forever and ever until they need to undo the top button on their ferret pants. Plus it's high calorie and nutrient-dense.
Have you tried cutting small slivers of meat and adding it to the soup for the other two and seeing if they eat it? If you haven't, I'd recommend it. Chicken is usually the easiest to start with, especially since it's the main protein in their soup so will kind of "blend in". You can experiment with either long thin strips (a veggie peeler works miracles on a frozen chicken breast for getting the thinnest pieces possible), or mincing into little tiny pieces and mixing in.

Sadly , Pepsi has not wanted any more raw soupy since she's been sick. She is eating a bit of kibble. I'm gonna wait until she is feeling better to try again. The other two are doing great and are completely off kibble.

Maybe Pepsi is like humans when they are sick and wants comfort food that she's used to.. Like the human equivalent of chicken noodle soup. Obviously a ferret eating kibble is better than a ferret eating nothing! You can make the kibble into a "soup" by soaking it in hot water and mushing it up... They tend to eat more that way because licking is easier than crunching. I'm not sure how weak she is, but if she's really not eating you can also buy plastic syringes very cheap at drugstores which you can fill with soup and squirt into her mouth. You want to practice first though because sometimes if the soup is too thick or the syringe nozzle too small it won't come out easily and then suddenly squirt out really fast. Also if you put it in the side of the mouth and not the front then even if it DOES happen, it won't choke little fuzzy. Generally ferrets will swallow rather than spit (no jokes here) the soup. You can also try mixing in egg yolk into the kibble-soup for extra nutrition. The other added benefit is that once Pepsi gets nice and healthy again, she'll still be used to the soupy texture which will help her switch back to raw.
