Your fur kids are looking good! Love the bedding set, and I'm sure they do, too. I may have to steal Hailey, though....

Aww For the eye colors I remember reading about that somewhere...I wish I could find it! But basically ferret's eyes will reflect a different color based on the color of their eyes. Like (I am making these colors up as an example lol I don't remember the actual ones) albino eyes show up green in pictures, brown eyes show up yellow, black shows up red, and blue shows up orange. I REALLY wish I remembered where I read it. It was about ferrets and had several of the colors/reflections listed. It was very interesting.

Very interesting Katt. Would that mean that two different color reflections means two different color eyes?

My Fenton's eyes look black to me, but in some pictures they show up red, and in others they show up green. In Fenton's case, the angle and brightness of the light or flash seem to effect which color they show up as in the pictures. Maybe that's what is happening in your pics? It kind of makes sense that one eye would be reflecting back the flash from a different angle, causing a different color. Just an idea

Jackie it is possible - it is also possible that as Mikey said it's a matter of the angles of the lighting. However, to Mikey - most ferret's eyes look black to us but there's actually quite a range of colors that they can be. I believe red (albino of course), burgundy, brown, black, and blue. I might be missing one also. Anyways, I personally have a hard time telling - they look pretty solid black to me. But I do know for a fact that their eyes can be various colors. I think Marie? from France who breeds ferrets, and also has (and maybe breeds) angoras had some blue eyes ferrets. They were quite stunning!
