It is, and it shows that you understand how to make substitutions correctly. That's a good thing and something that we look for, to show us that you understand the menu plan.

oh good. I'm pretty awful at following strict plans.

Me too. I'm great at making plans, just not always following them. As long as you substitute a muscle meat for a muscle meat, a Bone In for a Bone In, you're okay. And Maintain your minimum three proteins.
What's Evanna doing today?

Try slicing them into long thin slices, then run one slice under some warm water. The warm water releases the smell and should tempt her.

She definiteyl likes her organs pureed haha. I think thats the only way I can sneak kidney in there.

Its okay if the organs are pureed, that way she is used to soup. If she get sick, and will only eat soupies, then its familiar and easier to get food into her.
Mine are not crazy about kidney either. Yesterday, I tried chunks of beef kidney and it didn't go over very well. They do like pork kidney better.
I was thinking about her cage raging. I wonder if you got her a playpen, then she could spend more time, hanging out in areas that aren't quite ferret proofed. Another ferret might be fun for her, but then you just might have two cage ragers.

We're making a trip from TX to Missouri in a couple weeks and I really dont want to take her cage so I think I'm going to invest in a playpen >.< why are they so expensive?
I think she only cage rages when I dont let her out enough during the day and by that I mean wake her up to go roam the house because she'll sleep though playtime and meals if you let her O.O

I think its just their natural schedule. Mine are most active early morning and in the evening. They nap throughout the day, from about 11:00 to about six or seven. Then everyone is up and playing. I think Juliet gets up around 5:00 a.m. I hear them running up and down the halls around then. Usually, everyone jumps on the bed and tries to wake me up to play. I'm just not too keen on getting up that early. Each one will make a lap thru the house, sometime in the middle of the day, but then its back to bed, until the evening.
Check Amazon for playpen prices, they usually have the best prices. If you can get the playpen before you go, you can test it out and see if Evanna can escape it. They come with a cover, but if you look at You Tube, there are alot of videos on Escape Proofing a ferret playpen.

I guess its usually about 4 or 5 am that she wakes me up I never realized that. I would let her free roam my room, but she likes to get on the bed and I'm afraid I'm going to squish her. Do you know what brand of playpens are best? Im reading reviews on some and people are talking about ferrets getting their head stuck between bars O.O

Why don't you try letting her out and free roam, while you sleep. You won't squish her. She will probably go under the covers and bite your feet, or walk on your head, but I wouldn't worry about squishing. You could put some bags or boxes next to the bed, open some drawers and just let her explore. She'll love it, and will work up an appetite and probably eat a little more.
I've never bought a playpen, I see them all the time though. Why don't you build a thread and ask everyone for their opinions.

okay I'll try it tonight i'm glad she's not a particularly destructive ferret. OH so I found out last night that she likes candy wrappers... You shouldve seen her face when I opened up a foil wrapped caramel candy. She heard it (so yay she can hear) and stared at me. I've never seen her want something so badly. I really hope she was never fed candies >.>
