I can't tell you how sorry I am about Jappie. It's just not fair for such a special little one to go so soon.
I hope that you have many happy years with the new one. Can't wait to see pics. DIP Jappie. You blazed a trail into a family's hearts to make way for a new fuzzy.

I'm glad you were able to get another one to love, and so happy to hear that he was able to comfort you when you needed it. What are you going to name him? And, as has been asked, please do give us some pictures once he gets settled!

Aww.. sounds like you've got a sweetie, except for the nipping and that's pretty normal for a baby, especially in a new place with new people. We'll be eagerly awaiting pictures!

Thank you for all the condolences. I'll have to admit, today just thinking of looking of some photographs of him was heart wrenching (and tear jerking) Especially remembering that terrified, stretched out scream he gave, and how he struggled, when the vet wanted to inject him just for slumber, (i took him into my arms right away). I think that was one of the worst things that had ever happened. Its amazing to have found people who feel similar, or understand in a similar manner as well what it could be like. Thank you to you all.

Thank you to you all. I am so sorry you had to endure this horrible disease as your first experience with the furr-kids. And believe me, we all feel how you do about finding a place that understands. My family, as I'm sure many of us can attest to, think I'm nuts! So it's nice to come here and talk about our passions for these little guys that have stollen our hearts bless you for making the effort for change for your new one.
