LoL she is doing well but oh my wait until next week when they begin running all over and eating when ever they feel like it lol even if she drags them back and forward lol your doing a great job with her heather they have what I call matlock heads I have a funny feeling your going to have some BIG headed kits in there and couple of BIG hobs lol give her a kiss from me and the stud muffin too of course lol take care bye for now Bev

Woohoo, I finally get to see the updates...so cute, little soup covered meepers. They are beautiful and Lady Lola is a wonderful mum

lol She is too good Therese Heather is having a hard time convincing her that they do need a little meat mush and not her teat all the time lol but wait until next week and those teeth turn into tiny needles I think she will agree with Heather and be more cooperative lol take care bye for now Bev

Thought you would enjoy an update. I found today's meeper progress rather fascinating. Lady Lola has been rather protective and refuses to allow the wee ones to eat at the bowl. She prefers to put them back in the nest rather than allowing them to eat their meats.n(video) Today, they decided that they could come and go from the nest as they chose. Despite Lady Lola's best effort they're not staying put anymore lol These two are partners in crime....the one (the smaller) actually has their eyes open. You can see small faces peeking out from the nest The meal of the day is rabbit, which they're eating quite well ciao

Awwww! SO jealous! Such hungry little meeps! I love how in the second video the determined little fuzz-bit decided to just bring the meat with him! Poor mamma fert's got her hands full! (giggle)

Great pix, you can see their beautiful coats. I recall someone mentioning in passing being surprised that while kits looked fluffy their coats were a bit scratchy. At the time I thought, no, kits have fluffy coats like kittens and puppies, and figured it may be a farm ferret thing. Bet you are finding them sooo fluffy and soft.
And they will have their meats, no matter what mum thinks!
