Definitely avoid beef with her. You might want to avoid bison as well if you come across it. Both set off Frodo. 2oz each is just fine With Clyde, start him sitting on the floor with the dish in front of him. Keep your hand on him so he can't run off. Start spoon feeding while sitting beside him. Just keep lowering the spoon to the dish over and over again as he is licking from it. While licking, slide it sideways so he gets a lick or two from the dish before offering the spoon again. Do NOT feed on your lap for this. Both are doing well- they are gaining muscle mass from it

I guess there are so many meat choices that avoiding beef won't be a problem. Thanks for the tip on bison as well.
I'm glad to know that they are seemingly eating enough. With a snack thrown in midday. I've been offering a plate of rehydrated freeze dried about 6 or 7 hours after the morning meal.
The weird thing with Clyde is he seems to be getting less interested in the raw and Bella is more interested. He used to eat from the bowl all on his own. Now he will take 2 bites and I have to do the spoon. Then I will guide him to the bowl with the spoon, he'll eat another few seconds then I have to do the spoon again. Just weird how that changed.
Thanks for the reply Sherry!!

Ferrets are lazy eaters by nature They would have us all spoon feeding them puree on our laps for every meal given THEIR choice
