Since it doesn't seem like I am going to get a mentor for a while I am going to post updates and questions on here since I am ready to move to the next step and don't feel comfortable doing it myself.
Mister seems to be eating soup fine. I usually defrost two ice cubes worth for him twice a day. I only add a little tiny bit of water to it normally. I usually will give it to him and he will eat a little more then half of it and later on I will go check and if there is still some left I will mix it with a little more water and he will usually eat most or all that is left. Right now he is eating a soup made out of chicken thighs, chicken liver, and chicken gizzards mixed with egg shell powder and one 500mg capsule of taurine a day in one of his meals. He is still eating his kibble though and I don't feel comfortable not having kibble in there right now when I am not home or at night since he is still eating it. I am not sure if he is pooping normal they seem a little watery to me but I am used to rat poops so I am not sure if they are normal for what he is eating. Because of the gizzards there are usually some chunks of meat in his soup and he sometimes will eat it and I have actually put small chunks into his food before and he ate them. I also gave him a small bone once and I think he ate it. He is still acting as playful and happy as always if anything he has more energy. Ive seen him stash meat and go searching around for his food one night before I fed him and he was out. I wasn't sure what I should go to next should I try to add different kinds of meat like beef to his soup or should I try to get him off of soup and to chunks completely?

Best way to go is slowly add slivers of chicken, get him eating larger pieces and then you can intro other meats. You want to go from soup, to more of a mush to slivers to chunks.

Work also at getting him to eat it from the dish on his own. Once he's doing that, then you can take the kibble out during the daytime at least.

He does eat from the dish on his own he just sometimes wont eat it all especially any larger pieces that didn't get completely cut up unless I add more water to it. I already take the kibble out during the day if I am home. I feel like he only eats the kibble if he is hungry and has no soup in his cage he would rather have the soup.

He is already eating mush not really soup I don't add water when I make it and If I add water after it defrosts its only a little bit and he will eat chunks about the size of my finger nail sometimes since his soup isn't usually completely cut up but sometimes he will just leave it.

If he is eating the soup- he honestly does not need the kibble during the day, even if you are working. He can have his "top up" if necessary at night. Our new guy Aristotle is only tentatively eating on his own and I've got his out while I am at work as it is. The thing about raw is they don't NEED access 24/7. Most in fact do fine with two feedings a day.

Well I am having a problem a few days ago I completely took out his kibble and haven't put it back in hopes that it would get him to eat more of his meat. He doesn't seem to care that he doesn't have his kibble anymore and it is causing him to eat more of his meal at once but he now has very loose stools. What should I do about this? I am already putting in about 1/4 of a teaspoon of eggshell powder into his soup and I did give him some small chicken rib bones the other day that he ate. He seems to be eating finger nail chunks of chicken fine now that he doesn't have his kibble.

How loose? Stools will be looser on raw in general and way looser on a mush diet, if he ate some rib bones, are you increasing chunk size? Have you thought about getting a game hen and offering some chunks of that, or smashing up some chicken wings? Getting bone into him will firm up the poop.

They feel like jelly when I touch them lightly. This is the best picture I could get right now ill try to take one next time he goes i20.photobucket.com/albums/b232/hopes227/photo9_zpsdb63333c.jpgI don't think he is at the point that he will eat a chicken wing even if I were to smash it up ive tried to give him bigger bones that are smashed and he didn't touch it. What is game hen? Ive been trying to give him the small bones to firm up his poops some since I still have the chicken carcass from his first soup.

Those are fairly normal for what is an essentially muscle meal. Take a chicken wing, segment it, and using a cleaver or a heavy knife chop it up really well. Basically make it a mince. Give him that for 3-4 meals in a row.

Was finally able to get Mister some actual heart today he has been just getting the supplement once a day. I found out a Market Basket I went to with my mom sells a mix of Gizzards and Hearts so I got the cheapest one which was only $1.08 because I wasn't sure what it would have for heart in it and it had three whole hearts and two halves of a heart in it so I have enough for his next three batches of soup.
