Hey guys my thread is still open! Well good because I have a question about pork stomache! I found some at the Asian market! It's just says pork stomache. Now I know it's not the healthiest organ to feed but I thought it wouldn't hurt since all I can find is liver and kidney. So- since it us not as nutritious how should I proceed? Should I just add a little in with the liver and kidney mix for variety? And is it specifically the lining of the stomache or what am I going for here?

I'd just add a little in. It's not like it's bad for them or anything, just low on the nutrition scale. I'd make it significantly less than 1/4 of your total organ.
