Emmett still has a bladder infection and is back on Clavamox. I took Mikah and Coco along to and the doc also checked Coco's pee. Emmett did pee on the floor there so they got a real fresh sample and there was traces of blood. I am so happy it's not something with his kidneys. But the explained that if there is blood in pee it is usually bladder or something lower then the kidneys.
Would Lulu be getting enough liver just from the soup? She gets about a teaspoon - tablespoon 2 times a day with her meds. She is such a little blockhead about eating liver, even with the EVOO now.

Congratulations :boing:
You've graduated and you're ready to walk this path alone, now . You have the foundation to help you feed your fuzzes in a more natural and healthy manner. Please remember that your learning never stops, and dietary needs change from ferret to ferret and throughout each their lives. I would like you to be aware that though you now have the capability and the knowledge to create your little ones diets you are never alone and that your mentor (you need only pm) is always available to you. The list is also a very good resource and you should always be aware that it's available to answer any questions you may have either about diet or care. Good luck, in a few days either Sherry or I will lock down this thread and place it in the archives but be aware that you can always look through it as a reference tool but you just will not be able to post to it. Your mentor will be in to congratulate you shortly  (wave) . ciao

You would need to sit down and figure out how much soup she is going through per week/how much liver is in there, if it's not enough there is a glandular supplement another mentor uses, I'd have to search to find it.
Keep an eye on that infection, might want to see if the vet can culture it, find out what antibiotic would work best, especially if it reoccurs after this.
Anyways, congrats! Keep me updated on your crew and any concerns, questions, issues. I'll see them on facebook of course but don't hesitate to message me if you need to. So impressed with your care and dedication to your crew, they are lucky as h*ll to have you.

I can't thank you enough for your help & support. There was so many times when I was scared and nervous about going to the next stage (specially the bones) that I never would have made it through. Through the switch I have learned so much. Patience, each little ferrets likes, dislikes & personality. The bond that we have now is amazing. I guess the beginning was the hardest, the part for me that was the weirdest I guess was getting to used to the poops being different.
I am sooo glad you were there to help us. Thank you again and yes I am sure I will still have little bumps along this journey. Just knowing I have you, the forum and facebook for support is great.
:thankyou: from all of us!!!!
