Account reactivation

My wife and I had used this site to go through the mentor program earlier this year.  A lot of things have kept me busy over the last few months, and I believe my inactivity got my account locked or deleted.  I would like to request to have my account reactivated.  My user name is the one I have shown here for this guest post.

Please let me know if there is anything I would need to do for having my account turned on again.
