I'm sorry things are like a roller coaster with them right now. All you can do right now is continue to be more stubborn than they are, keep spoon feeding until you feel they're eating on their own well enough.

yeah the kibble was my fault. I didn't have anywhere to store them so to speak while I was feeding the rescue kids and they were late for their dinner so Pedro dug in and the others just nibbled...

they had pork and chicken last night. they ate them all. they didn't eat until after I went to bed so I'm not sure which ones are what. so pork is a go. next week my plan is the same menu. keeping with ground organs. I also picked up some beef spleen. but I think I will wait on feeding that. does that count as a muscle meat? Also it's almost turkey season where I live so I should be able to get some turkey necks.

Weekly update
Buddy 2 lb 14 oz, up 2 oz Toro 2 lb 12 oz, up 2 oz Pedro 2 lb 6 oz, up 4 oz Penny 2 lb 0 oz, no change
everyone's activity and poos are normal. They have only been leaving 1-2 pieces of meat after each meal. I am going to follow same meal plan for this week. I was thinking next week to have pork meals without the chicken chunks. Also what other meats should I be trying? I think we are finally on track. They have been eating the heart if I grind it up. On Sunday I didn't grind the organs just to see, and they ate most of them. I am going to try again without grinding and see how it goes. I would like to get rid of the grind chicken as so as I can, but I know I need it to keep adding new proteins. what do you think?

I'm so glad to see such nice gains in the group I'm sorry I haven't been able to post much. Ive been working 12+ hours a day lately and my phone is a huge pain to post with. Spleen is technically an organ, but I've heard most of the experienced raw fed ferrets won't eat it so there's a chance you likely won't be able to get your group to try it. Definitely try to replace at least half of your chicken chunk meals with pork if you are getting a steady amount of it eaten. Let's see...Currently, you are feeding chicken, pork, beef, turkey, CGH, and duck, correct? Those are the main sources really, anything else depends on if you can find it. Things like pheasant, rabbit, buffalo, lamb/mutton, goat, etc. Even some fish would be okay to try, some ferrets love fish, others don't care for it. At this point, if you have them all steadily eating the sources you've listed in your menus then the rest of the sources can just be experimentation to see what they like and what you can afford/find. I think you're getting close to graduation I would like it if we could keep you on the program for a few more weeks since winter is approaching and you might have questions/concerns with winter appetites. I'd also like 1-2 new menus if you don't mind. They don't have to be what you're feeding, just throw together a couple menus so I can make sure you're still keeping everything balanced.

How's the group doing? Have you introduced any new proteins since you last posted? Any comments or concerns?

sorry I didn't post my weekly update. I did weigh them on Sunday like normal. I will post a full update this afternoon. they only thing I changed in the menu this week was pork meal I made all pork, no chicken. I'm trying to lower the chicken amount and up the other proteins to make it more balanced. also gave a mouse this weekend as a treat and they had quail eggs Saturday and Monday. I got a new job, so my schedule is really crazy right now but I will t try to do better at keeping you updated.
next week I was going to stop adding grind chicken to the bone in meals. what do you think?

Yes, I think it's a good idea to remove the grind at this point, as long as they are eating the new proteins reliably. Congrats on the new job, btw!!

Everything looks good. You were at the bare minimum for bone meals though, just keep an eye on their poops to make sure they're solid, if things are looking a bit runny then just increase bone meals by one or two. I think adding turkey would be a good addition if you're able to get it easily enough. Also, I'd definitely start removing the chicken grind and just feeding plain wings or other bone-in now. I'd only feed it maybe once a week as a treat/to keep them familiar with it in case of emergency, but no more than that. As for hearts and organs, if they don't like them whole then feel free to keep grinding them up, it doesn't make much of a difference, just do what you need to in order to get them to eat the meals.
