Hi. I have a couple of questions. I have been reading over this forum for a couple of months and decided to try to switch my two ferrets to a raw diet. I found some commercial raw diets for dogs and cats. They both have bones and organs, which is why I am trying those(Bravo-Chicken and Turkey Blends and NV instinct Rabbit and Venison). I have only tried the chicken with them so far and they really like it. Are these okay to feed my ferrets? I have been trying to find the ingredients for a raw soup, but am having trouble with finding hearts. I really don't have a butcher around, but I can get a local store to order a beef heart. Is that okay to put in the soup? Sorry if this is long, I would just like some input so I don't do more harm than good.

Those commercial raw brands have enough fat, mine certainly aren't lacking in that department. I would personally avoid the NVI rabbit since they use chinese sourced rabbit, you're better off with the Stella & Chewy's rabbit which is sourced from the USA.
