I live in NH, I can tell you from the research I have done there are no operating breeders in all of New England. The closest breeders are NJ, NY or PA. There was one in MA I think at one point but they shut down years ago, probably has to do with the fact that I think intact ferrets are banned in MA.

Pam VanOVerloop (pvo ferrets) is in Ohio, she currently has a ferret cam up, and you can watch the Kits. Mom has 10 kits and even though that is not in your area, they are a blast to watch. It will be fun to see what you decide. Keep us posted, and watch out for the ferret math!

Hi I'm in ma, and no, their aren't any breeders around here sadly. but you could always go to a ferret rescue, that is in my opinion the best place to get ferrets because their are so many loving ferrets who need homes

What a number of people do is get to know a particular breeder, fill in an application, and meet up at the Buckeye Bash in Ohio in order to pick up their kit.
