That picture is adorable. My guys are never that polite...they'd be trying to steal each others soupies and pushing and shoving each other around....unless it was Lady "B" and then she would have kicked the other two out until she was done ;D ;D Here's my Lady Sprite who despite suffering IBD or an ulcer caused by her adrenal still has a reasonably good appetite and has decided the dog's dinner is worth stealing if she can just figure out how to get it out of the bowl. In the end she stole the whole thing ciao

She may not have gotten it out of the bowl- but I'll bet it was a blast watching her try ;D

She was trying. The roast weighed about 4 or 5 lbs, she's about a pound and a half. She tried for the longest time to get it out of the bowl but couldn't. What was really fun was watching her drag it through the dining room, down the hallway and into the bedroom. She was going to stash it under the bed. I ended it there and gave her a slice off the roast, if the stupid dog (look at the top of the pic, you can see his nose) was just going to let her steal it then he didn't deserve all of it. She got some help or hindrance from the rest of the crew who decided about half way down the hall to steal her prize. There was a huge free for all as each one of the fuzzes wanted to stash it in various parts of the house. The whole process kept them occupied for about 15 or 20 min. which is a long time for ferrets to stay focused. They were getting bites torn off so it could be they just got full. ciao

Haha, I love that picture, the meat is bigger than she is (practically) and took it all for herself!

That becomes a whole new meaning to "midnight snacking" ;D ;D He's so adorable. Babies are so funny (you have to remember I've practically had no experience with them or their activities)...because I've watched Minion take his food from one sleep spot to another. I wasn't too impressed when I watched him dragging a whole adult rat through the upper tubing in the ferret room. I had these horrible visions of disgusting smells and having to dismantle the whole system because he had got too tired to take it to his next sleepy spot. Hunger and food did outweigh being tired or a kits shortened attention span....that rat showed up in a sleep box in the basement ciao
