I have never seen one of my ferrets ever do anything mean to another. I can't see my ferrets fighting but, don't worry I'm now giving them one each.
Hm, how does ordering frozen online work? Where do they keep it frozen well being shipped?

Hmm that's odd, they can become quite ferocious over a prime piece of meat. Guess you lucked out that yours all share. Mine don't.
Freeze dried is like jerky, dry and shelf stable at room temp.
Buying frozen online they basically pack the meat in an insulated box (think those cheap Styrofoam coolers) and pack it with dried ice, then rush ship it to you, usually with a 1-2 day delivery time unless you live close enough that ground service can get it to you in a day or two. The shipping is usually quite expensive therefore, so most people do large orders to offset the cost of shipping by buying in bulk and saving.

Yeah, I have never seen any of my ferrets act different when they eat together or someone comes up and steals it.
Oh, okay. Thanks for explaining it to me.

My menu is still the same and I'm throwing out a lot less meat so thank you and Sherry for telling me I'm feeding them to much.
Should I be doing anything else right now?

One of the admins is giving your menu a final review to see about graduating you. Are you still throwing a lot of food away? The only comment seems to be the quantity of food.

Um, not so much any more... maybe every 24 hours I throw like 5-10% away from everything I gave them. It's mainly just odds and ends of the food and just parts not eaten here and there kinda stuff.

Congratulations (dance). You've graduated and you're ready to walk this path alone, now (wave) . You have the foundation to help you feed your fuzzes in a more natural and healthy manner. Please remember that your learning never stops, and dietary needs change from ferret to ferret and throughout each their lives. I would also like you to be aware that though you now have the capability and the knowledge to create your little ones diets you are never alone and that your mentor (you need only pm) is always available to you. The list is also a very good resource and you should always be aware that it's available to answer any questions you may have either about diet or care. Good luck, in a few days either Sherry or I will lock down this thread but be aware that you can always look through it as a reference tool but you just will not be able to post to it. Your mentor will be in to congratulate you shortly (wave). ciao
