Awww, ferret poop...I got it wrong again. My problem is I don't even make it 8oz batches...I've got 15 lbs sitting on the counter at the moment. I've been making this mix for about 20 yrs now, I just eyeball it. It's much more critical to get the numbers right on the money when you're making it for one ferret in a very given amount. Thank you Sherry.

Just boughtsome chicken hearts and gizzards from the store still two Oz. a week? and can i give him the hearts liver and gizzards all together? Or would it be better to do liver one week hearts the next the gizzards the following week?

First- gizzards are considered a muscle meat in a raw diet  So you can give a full meal of those the same as you can with heart For the liver it's approx 2oz a week. Myself I prefer to have separate meals so I know they aren't just picking out their favorite bits and leaving something they need instead. |

Lol what color classification would you say he falls under my boyfriend and I think he is cinnamon colored but we're not sure. |
