Not a problem Maybe order some freeze dried or dehydrated lung or kidney from online? I hate to have to admit it, but for a number of mine I can only get kidney or lung in when freeze dried They flatly refuse to touch it otherwise. So I use those as treats

Do you have any suggestions as to a good site to get them from?

You take whatever time you need to get yourself healthy, not a problem! It's still looking good If you can't find another organ, something like Wysong's Call of the Wild is a good supplement.

You take whatever time you need to get yourself healthy, not a problem! It's still looking good If you can't find another organ, something like Wysong's Call of the Wild is a good supplement. I saw Sonny Piccirillo post on the FB Group about Pet G.O. Powder - Gland & Organ Concentrate... But it says ""* Whole raw bovine tissues are low-temperature processed to preserve naturally occurring vitamins, enzymes, nucleotides, lipoproteins & all other cell components. "" So I am guessing that I Cannot give this to Gus as it has beef in it..... I was looking for something comparable to it.....Nothing yet....the Wysong's Call of the Wild has fruit and other stuff in it.... I thought we were suppose to stay away from it.... My mother said that she saw pig's brains in the grocery store and it is big here in the south... YUCK... I can try that if you think it is goo... otherwise I am going to look around online to find someplace I can get some maybe freeze dried or frozen & shipped..... I am working on that... LOL

Yes, you would have to steer clear of the bovine tissue. For the call of the wild given the small amount you'd have to use it would be fine Many commercial raw products have some sort of fruit/veg but as long as it stays below 5% it's fine. If you can get pig brains on a regular basis that would be EXCELLENT! From what I understand(can't get them here) most ferrets really like them so it's much easier on you. Also, they are a fantastic extra source of taurine Okay- how comfortable are you with what you are feeding, and how to substitute various meats/bones/organs if you can get them?

I went to the grocery store today and yes they carry pig brains on a regular basis .... so that will be another organ, do I need more than two?..... Can I just use the lambs lung as a treat? Should I still purchase the Wysong's Call of the Wild and if so how much do I give them?
I think I am kinda getting the hang of it ... I haven't yet given them whole pieces of meat... still smashing/chopping into medium size pieces.... slowly making bigger.... Do I always have to smash the bones and chop the meat? I feel like I know a little but am not super knowledgeable..... but feel like I am getting it .......

Getting the brains is fantastic! And yes if you can get the lung, do so. Great for treats as well And thanks for letting me know where you are at right now, because just based on your menu your guys are ready to graduate As for always chopping it depends on just how much you are willing to push them. Some of my guys take whole pieces, others want them chopped!

That is looking really good! As for the pork back definitely, but not as a bone in. That bone will be too dense for them to eat, but they will get a good workout chewing the meat off. Be prepared for the fact YOU may not be able to cut it either.

I think I am doing pretty good for being a Vegan and doing hat I have to for the fur babies...... I am just a little confused about what you were saying about the pork neck bones...... Do I take the meat off the bone... Do I chop the meat around the bone??? I am not sure how to do it.......I have some Pork Country Ribs that I have been giving them.. but I found the pork necks and thought it might work for bone.... I guess not
