I hate to have to do this. It's breaking my heart, but my four babies are in need of a new, great home. Both my boyfriend and myself believe that animals are family members for life, but my depression and anxiety is causing me to have to go away for help, and my boyfriend is having a hard time with this as well as working severe overtime to stay afloat, and we just don't think we can give them the love and attention they deserve anymore. I really want them to find a new home on here that will continue to feed raw. I would also love to find someone who would be willing to give me updates on them. I'm not looking to make money, just get them a loving home.
A bit about them: Revan is the oldest ferret, and has been with us the longest. She is a tiny chocolate sable, about 6 years old. She's a Marshall. Since we adopted her at age 3 she has had a weak hind end but nothing has ever come from it and she's seen the vet multiple times. To me she seems like the little sister (despite being the oldest!) who wants to follow her older siblings around and join in the fun. She's always a little behind and has such an oblivious little stare. She loves socks, and will let you know if you have moved her toys from their designated spot by quickly fixing the situation. She's a squirmy wormy lovebug.
Rylan was the next ferret, and he is the youngest at 2 and a bit years. He is a dark sable, with the biggest most expressive eyes. He is the only non-adopted fuzzy, and is a Real Canadian, so he is big and sturdy! He's the cuddliest of all 3 and will always put a smile on your face (because he's also the most mischievous and troublesome!). He's my biggest baby, and part otter. He needs a bucket or pan of water to splash in and thoroughly soak himself and the surrounding area.
Itachi and Oniwa were adopted together. They will be three in October. A week after adopting Oniwa I discovered she was adrenal. She is on the deslorelin implant with great results so far, and is going in for bloodwork and a new implant within the next few weeks. Both are blazes, with beautiful colours. When Oniwa came to us she had a completely white head, but on raw the colour just popped out! They're both Marshalls as well. Oniwa is my little "diva", she likes things her way, but does not bite anymore. Occasionally she hisses, but she is deaf so it's understandable. She is an average sized female, but has the spunk of a giant! Itachi on the other hand is our slug. He is big (although so much healthier and fit now than when we got him) and lazy. He has a deformed tail which he is thought to have been born with, it has two 90 degree angles in it making it very short. He will fall asleep in your lap on his back and I'm pretty sure you could do absolutely anything to him without him caring. Although he's lazy, you will not be able to stop laughing when he has his bursts of energy, throws his head back and leaps and flips around. He's also able to squeeze his fat tummy through all of our tubes! Unfortunately I noticed he has fully broken off a canine tooth somehow, and I will get the remaining tooth and root removed before he goes anywhere.
They live in a two level ferret nation with fleece liners and plenty of hammocks. They are fairly well litter trained but it helps to block off some of the other corners that they are prone to making mistakes in with blankets and toys. They have tons of toys, tubes, a puzzle dig box, a tent, a water splash area, and many sleepy areas for their play time around the apartment. Give them a new cardboard box and they'll play for hours.
They will come with any of the food, toys, treats, cage things, cage, etc.. you want.
I can take my time to ensure that they find the best home possible.
