Walked to the near-by pharmacy and they were out of children's Benadryl so I'll pick some up in the morning. The swelling seems to have gone down some already. Each time a paw swells it seems to only last about 24 to 48 hours before subsiding. This time was the worst however as she never limped before.

Swelling has gone down some more and she is no longer limping. It looks so horrible as it's still read and crusty. I really wish someone knew what this is, it's so weird. I'm praying the tests on Tuesday turn up something.

I'm still leaning toward some sort of allergic reaction. Just not sure what, or why

Yeah, I'm leaning either allergic reaction or some form of lymphoma that is causing various lymph nodes to swell / get blocked. Other than her feet, ear and above her eye. The lymph nodes of her neck haven't swelled which are the prime nodes as far as I understand. I just thought of something late last night though.
About a month ago I pulled out an old cardboard carpet tube that I used to use for Socks & Sneakers (DIP). If there is something in the tube she is allergic to, as the tube rolls around she could make intermittent contact with it on different places on her body. I removed the tube this morning as it is the only single thing I can think of that is new in their environment in the last month or so. Food the same, laundry stuff the same, cleaning products the same, no new toys, etc.

It's possible, and worth a shot. Keep in mind that allergies, just like with us, can start up suddenly. So something that didn't bother her previously could well do it also

Well it wasn't the carpet tube. Left hind paw is red and starting to swell and she has a small bump over her right eye I'm going to check in a few hours. The only other source of allergy I can think of is maybe the cuddle cube they have in the cage? I haven't used it in months and recently added it back to the cage during a recent cage clean. Going to get the children's Benadryl now and try that.

So...are there any flavours of children's benadryl other than Bubble Gum?? She won't take it or do I have to give it via syringe like her antibiotics?

Via syringe.

TBH, right now I'd be pulling them back to a single protein, like lamb. Start introducing a single new one per week, just to rule out food borne.

I am really sorry you are having such an ordeal with this mystery illness. I don't have any advice, but I hope Wilma feels better soon.

Ok, I just gave her 1/8 tsp of children's benadryl. If the swelling has gone down by morning I think I can conclude that it is allergy related as it usually takes 24 to 48 hrs for it to go down as far as I have observed so far.

IT'S AN ALLERGY!! I'm so relived (dance) . Now I have just to figure out what it is that is setting her off. The back left foot is just a little red and barely swollen. It went down instead of progressing overnight since I gave her the children's benadryl!! Going to give her another dose now to make it all go away.
