Izzy's been really pouty even since... well... you know (yes, I'm going through that stage where I cry if I hear/say his name or talk about it )
I knew I had to suck it up and get another ferret sooner rather than later. I wasn't sure if I was "ready", or if this was even a good idea. But someone I know through one of my friends (I wouldn't really call said person a friend)... is who shouldn't even own a pet, let alone ferrets, texted me told me all about this boy she just got that she didn't want to keep because he bites too much, and too hard, he was mean, aggressive, etc
Long story short, I brought this new baby boy home... and he IS a baby, very much so. He's only 12 weeks, hence the biting. He's a quick learner, though... he just needs consistency and a little bit of reinforcement for chewing on more appropriate things
Izzy needed him. She took to him really, really well. Even better than some of the other ferrets she knows
I think I'm going to call him Isaac (formerly 'Weasel' >.<)

So... while it felt really too soon, he's quickly warming my heart. I'm having to start with the basics and litter training, unfortunately... And he seemed to take to the raw right away, but is now being a bit of a challenge, so I'm worried about him in that sense... maybe I should make another thread about it lol...
ok, ok... this photo, ftw
