They are showing up for me? Have you tried clearing cookies?

Oh yes, firefox does a complete refresh every time the browser is closed.
Very odd...I'll keep playing with things..happens on 2 of the laptops and not our 3rd one...even more weird...

Try it with a different browser and see what happens. I'm using chrome.

I keep having this issue, I feel like it's something weird going on with photobucket lately. I've tried clearing cookies and cache, it half fixed the issue, now it's getting worse again.

It could well be photobucket. Have either if you tried it on a different browser?

Hmm it may be a combination of firefox and photobucket then, I'm getting more images showing up in IE. Though it will be a cold day in h*** before I use IE. I'll check and see if FF has any updates out recently.
edit: I found an update for FF and that seems to have helped, all of the normal posted user images are showing, now the only thing broken for me is the smilies still, I can see about half of them. Tried clearing my cache again.

I quit using FF a while back and went to chrome after it corrupted on me 3 times in as many months. Shame, because I liked it.

Much as I like a lot of google's stuff, I never could like chrome.

I've been having the same issue ( the [image] and lack of all buy the first smiliey) I also use FF though I'm having fun trying to figure out how to tweak setting with this Windows 8!! lol The only weird thing is that sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't, and not every picture is missing. So weird.

I've been having the same problems (can't see the smilies right now, even) and it's definitely a cross of Photobucket and Firefox. I can't even load Photobucket's site with FF, on either a PC or a Mac.

Maybe you should all send an email to FF and let them know there is a problem.

I would hesitate a guess that maybe photobucket did something with their recent updating to make it so that FF is now incompatible, either because of a coding issue on PBs end or because FF may or may not be fully html 5 compliant. I don't think it's a change FF made, really I think a complaint to PB is probably the way to go.

I am having the same issues. In the reply box and quick reply box the smileys don't all always show up (right now none do) but I can type shortcuts and they show up in my posts. Though a few just pop up as [image] . I know Jackie has the smileys set up through PB.... Pictures people post are not all working, many of them are showing up as described above. All from PB. I also use Firefox.

For quite a while now Photobucket has been migrating from their old website code to new code. Before it was optional if you wanted to switch to the new code, now it is not. If you haven't officially switched to the new code you have to go to their site and accept the switch or it will cause issues with any of your pictures you have linked elsewhere. Also, it will be almost impossible to login with Firefox. To resolve these issues do the following:
1. In a browser other than Firefox, login to your photobucket account and agree to switch to the new code. 2. Open Firefox, go to the privacy tab, switch the history settings to "custom", click on the "show cookies" button, search for photobucket and delete anything that appears in the list. Switch your history settings back to the way they were.
Photobucket should now work properly for all previous pic links you have posted and you should be able to login with Firefox.
