Mine won't eat freeze dried if it's rehydrated. They LOVE it dry but get it a little wet or make soupies with it and nope! Not gonna happen! It is always left completely untouched and then I give them some dry FD or some raw meats and they eat. Like they are starving. Maybe if you ate your food sillies! ;D

Mine don't like rehydrated freeze dried too much, but they love it blended smoothly. They go crazy for freeze dried soup. They also adorable it dry, and I use it as a treat

Mine will eat rehydrated freeze dried but only if I don't give them anything else. They keep going back to it and looking at it then they look at me like wtf.
I don't have a blender anymore mine crapped out shortly after I got them eating meat chunks. They don't really get soups anymore because of it. Their soups consist of something like raw scrambled egg with water and Nupro. If I have extra ground beef I will put some of that in there.

I love my little blender - I don't know what I'd do without it

you could also go to the bait shop and get some minnows or shiners. When ever the boys go fishing, they bring home their leftover minnows and I put them in a large mixing bowl for the dogs and cats and a 9 x 13 pyrex type clear baking dish for the ferrets... they love watching the swim and trying to "fish" them out...10 of my 12 will eat them... I totally tried this today when we got home from fishing. We had no luck and it was kinda cold so we had tons of leftovers. I got home and put them in a strainer and rinsed them off then put them in the pyrex pan with water from my filter. I left the fuzz out and Mr. Bean fished one out in seconds. I dangled one that Rolo caugt and she snatched it and crunched it down. I can't remember how te order went but him and Rolo are my best fishers. Everyone of them can and are efficent fishers though and it was soo cute. They all ate at least one minnow that I saw which is good enough for me because they would have been wasted anyway. After they had most of the fishies stashed under the cage (mostly Mr. Beans proud work) I put them all back in the dish even the dead ones and rinsed them all off again and put into a bowl in the cage. I'll probably flush the leftovers soon.

They periodically went to the bowl and fished some more and snacked a little. A little later a flushed them. I really have to batteries for my camera and find the cord because it was so cute seeing my babies all curious and happy like that.
