Sooooo some would say I like having my ferrets in awesome cages, some (cough cough.. my partner.. cough cough) would say I am absolutely obsessed with spending money on my fuzzies!! The 3 Ferret Kingdoms did cost $900 and the bedding MAY have cost me over $1000... Anyone guess why I am the Australian Supplier of Little Feet Ferret Bedding? hehehehe!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Our two 142's ran us at just over $600, the add on another $200, but several hundred in bedding, and then all the toys, etc ;D Not including adoption fees- and all for 14 ferrets in total!

That looks amazing. Another thing I can't get my kids see or they could kick my back side. 99% of my bedding is homemade. I made most of it before I even had the ferrets. It works but it could be nicer.
Your set up really does look great and they are probably very happy fuzz.
I have watched you clear the auctions Rose and Tootsie are doing so I know some of the great stuff your collected.

I somehow ended up with 3 FN142 cages even though I only have 5 ferrets ;D But I only paid full price for 1 of them. They are so tempting when they are on sale used for cheap!

I want to get a second one and I don't really 'need' it. Not right now. Partially I want to have a second cage in case someone gets really ill or I have to quarantine a new ferret. My current quarantine cages is really small. And I would like to be prepared for when I have more space and can makes a ferret room. I'd like them to make more space to play and sleep. The room allows more play space and the cages allow more bed spaces.
Darlene was kind enough to help me by giving me a 142 to as to my 141. Now there is a 142 for sale on the island. I might see if they are willing to ship it here if I pay for the shipping. I'll see.

I demand a more detailed tour of their cages! I like being nosy and seeing how other cages are setup. It gives me ideas for future setups or beddings. Cage setups are too fun and easy to get carried away with.

How do you keep them from rusting up outside? Are they completely under an alcove?
I have an older FN that is in great condition. I got it used, unfortunately the person did put it outside after they posted it up for sale so there is some minimal rust on the inside of the corners here or there.

I do enjoy collecting Roses bedding sets and Tootsies figurines (up to 17 of hers now) hehehehe! Thanks girls, I love my set up for my fuzzbutts! Everyone who comes around to meet me are blown away by the amount of effort and money I have put into them - they are my everything and they get very spoilt! Cage 1: Nibbles, Rascal (daddy), Gem (mummy & Darlings 2010 pick of the litter) & Teddy (son) - all are desexed! Cage 2: (split in 2) Top: Darling (mummy, 4 weeks gestation) & Badger (daughter, 5 weeks gestation) Both will have their own cage and full nests art up this weekend Bottom: Monster by himself (in rut) (Badgers father and fathering Darlings litter) Cage 3: (split in 3) Top: Storm (pregnant rescue girl, approx 4-5 weeks gestation) Bottom: Tank (in rut) (gathering Badgers litter) So that's my businesses I shall take more photos tonight of how each cage is set up They are all Undercover so haven't had any problems with rust. I always have a 3 tier metal cage split in 2 for rescues and 2 smaller cages (on top of the cages for emergencies)

I wants supposed to bid on anything this month because I ordered some hammies from a person on Etsy and I don't have a lot of extra funds. But I was bad a bid on a cute Halloween figure. I don't have any Rose bedding yet. I have some fabric I want to send her to get custom bedding.
