Ok, I see 4 edible bone meals in there(not including Dex and Maggie). Unless they are eating the chicken thigh bone? Even so, not a lot of bone in there. I gather the ground turkey and ground rabbit are commercial raw including meat/bone/organ? I'd also like to see another heart meal, or else one full heart meal rather than combining it with something else. Consumable bone should go up at least one more(preferably two given chicken thigh doesn't have a lot of bone to it). Generally ferrets can't eat the bone from turkey leg, or from a duck wing either(other than the tip, which is mainly cartiledge) You've got some good variety for them already, so if they don't take to the beef, I'd not worry overly much.

Ok i'll add another wing, drumstick and heart meal in there. They do eat on the chicken thigh. They can't eat the turkey leg whole but I do pound it with a mallet to break it up some and they eat pieces of it.

If they are smashed up they will eat pieces of of it, atleast chuch/kodiak and dexter will...dexter will gnaw on a turkey leg bone like he's part dog lol.
