So, Cooper is getting his implant redone tomorrow. I was telling my mom about it, and she asked me how exactly they worked. I realized I didn’t even know! Just that it does work! Does it release a certain amount of the drug over time, all at once, as needed? It also made me wonder how that would correlate with timing. Some ferrets can make it longer than the 6 months it would seem. Makes me wonder, if some over produce more cortisol and again how exactly it controls the adrenal... totally not urgent more just for my curious mind!

It helps to shrink the tumours to a point. When the tumours are decreased, there are fewer clinical signs of adrenal.
