I just bought this ball for Christmas and I can't find any reviews on it? I'm nervous about it... But in nervous about everything... Does anyone have this??? It's hard plastic with big holes. My fuzzies would love it but is it dangerous?

It's not good for them to walk around inside those types of balls, because it's bad for their spines. But just as a toy to go in and out of, or to sleep in, it might be OK. You could even use it as a connector to different tunnels.

you might be surprised how little they love it. Thumbs down. Get a box the right size cut down to a couple inches high, attach a lead and pull it around. I can just about guarantee your ferret will be in it pretty quick and go for a ride. But you have to pull it, lol. Every ferret I've hver had has done it. Lol I pull them on a throw blanket. It's so funny watching them bounce and fight to stay on.
They can't really run in it much because there are 5 giant holes in it. I'm guessing they'll just attack each other threw the holes and fight to be inside.

Horrible thing for them. Spinal damage can too often be the result. However, I have used them as part of a tube maze. This is the ONLY way these things should be used.

I will try to return it... I can't get the tubes. My boyfriend didn't take the receipt but I didn't open it :S

I have one of those Balls. (large hamster Ball) with 2 end caps. I have taken the caps off. and just let them play with it. My little sprite get inside it and roll the ball to where it stops on one of the ends. She then starts scratching at the floor like she is trapped inside. I will let her out and she goes right back to it and does it again. She will also go to sleep inside it. I have never locked them inside the ball. I would not ever buy one but it was given to me.

What about diy running wheel like hamsters use? Or does that hurt their spin too? goo.gl/images/BQip1Z

No, not good for them. Again, it puts their spines in awkward positions.
