Hi all. I'm currently feeding wysong digestive support and all ferrets have good poops except for one, Peanut. Her poops are often grainy, seedy, loose. They're not mucusy, more watery. I am planning to do raw soups at first and then slowly transition to frankenprey raw. What can I expect from these dietary changes for her poops? Is there anything else I can do to help her? She doesn't show any symptoms of lethargy, teeth grinding, etc. Just the poops. She also has adrenal disease and has been implanted twice in the last 9 months. Thanks all!

Raw will be the single best thing for her IBD. The bad part will be finding her triggers. And I am willing to bet chicken is one. Once you find all the triggers, you can simply avoid feeding those proteins. Lamb is a great base starter as it seems to be the most hyperallegenic protein. When an IBD ferret has a flare up, that is likely the protein you will fall back on until stable again.
