Here is the video. I'm on my way to the vet right now. Please forgive the litter box. Appropriate litter boxes are arriving today. I had put her in the litter box because I thought at first she was going to go potty and I'm in potty training mode. They have a wellness check happening at 3 but I'm freaked out and we're going early. She hasn't been out of her cage and there's nothing in their cage that looks like it's been eaten. She's been on raw food for the last two days when she has been on kibble in the past. She's been super low energy and sleeping a lot but I know baby ferrets will sleep a lot. She played a lot yesterday and it was good to see her moving around tons. Her sister seems totally fine and super high energy.

Thanks. Okay back from the vet and feeling a lot better. So, I got both of them 48 hours ago and I had scheduled today as their wellness check at the vet. Turns out they are both underweight dehydrated, and both of them have a fever. Calamity (the one in the video above) has a higher fever than Rogue but they are both sick. I showed the vet (who has a background with ferrets, thankfully) the video and she thinks Calamity is nauseous. The vet thinks this is perhaps from all of the transitions for her lately, recent vaccinations and being spayed young.
They gave both of them a rehydration thing, some special food that I need to mix with chicken baby food and syringe feed them 2 to 3 times a day, and some antibiotics to give them every 12 hours. She gave Calamity some anti-nausea medication. She thinks I should notice pretty quick improvement and if I don't notice improvement by Tuesday to go back in. We have a follow up appointment scheduled for 2 weeks from now.
They took a poop sample and did the rest of the checkup and she found no blockages or anything else wrong with them. So, syringe feeding, antibiotics, and extra snuggles it is!

Poor wee mites. You should see improvement within 48 hrs....if you don't, waiting until Tuesday is too long (over the weekend.....sorry but if ferrets are going to be sick, deathly sick they pick weekends). I would be tempted to call the office if they're still not better by Friday. It may be something a simple as changing the antibiotic ciao

They did say they had a few Saturday hours (they're not open on Sundays and not on Labor Day and of course this happens near a holiday weekend ugh ugh ugh) and I do know an emergency vet but they're a good 50 minute drive away. I'll definitely call sooner than Tuesday if there's no improvement. Both of them ate their syringed food as well as a bowl of freeze dried raw so feeling a bit optimistic about that. I'm keeping a close eye...maybe too close, and letting them rest.
