Thanks! For now, I've blocked the area with a bunch of tightly rolled magazines. It seems to be working thus far.
I've also asked in the group for anyone who lives in Japan to let me know if they know good organ acquisition sources.

Hi Heather, I've noted that they are definitely eating less. They eat about 2/3 of the food in the bowl each time now.
They are still active, playing and dooking all around though Titus speed bumps from time to time. They also have had a clean bill of health from the vet.
Should I start giving them less food?

I try to feed a little more then they actually eat, cutting down is fine as no one likes to waste anything. Try to cut back enough so that you do not watse much but there are a few bites left after each meal. Hope that made sense.

Gotcha! I'll probably scale it down to about 2.5oz a meal then. Still no word from the post on the group... Hopefully there will be soon!

Hi Heather, I'm looking at the site offered to my by the lovely person on the group and I currently have
1) Veal bones 2) Pork kidneys
marked down for purchase. Do you recommend anything else? Like the minces, for instance. I'm not sure how they would fit into the diet.

Veal bones may be too thick for them to actually digest. Pork Kidney, great!!!! If they are complete minces, (bone, organs, heart, the entire animal)They would count as a whole/complete meal. It is good to have them used to that texture but we do not recommend that as a main meal plan as they do not promote good healthy teeth. Once a week though is fine if you want to get them. If they are not the complete animal than it would only count as a muscle meal.

Hi Heather! I'm waiting for the delivery to come, but I thought I should give a quick update.
They're still eating okay, but I had a bit of a scare the other day when Titus got into a box and I found him later breathing rapidly and shallowly. Searched it up online and realized he was way too hot. So I cooled him down by placing him in front of my air conditioner/used an ice pack and gave him an ice cube to lick. He was fine after that, but it was still scary.

Oh I'm so excited about the delivery! Poor Titus! They are very heat sensitive.

I got the delivery! They took to the kidney easily, of which I'm glad. Thought I would have to ease them into it, but I think they kind of get the idea that I'm not trying to poison them

Nice! So what does this weeks menu look like for them?

Saturday 1 meal muscle meat 1 meal liver
Sunday 1 meal heart 1 meal bone-in meat
Monday 1 meal bone-in meat 1 meal bone-in meat
Tuesday 1 meal bone-in meat 1 meal bone-in meat
Wednesday 1 meal bone-in meat 0.5 meal liver 0.5 meal heart
Thursday 1 meal bone-in meat 1 meal bone-in meat
Friday 1 meal bone-in meat 1 meal kidney
I changed one of the muscle meats in the menu to pork kidney, since I felt that was the most easily replaced. Would this be okay?

Actually what you do is you split the liver and the kidney so your organ meals are literally 1/2 liver and 1/2 kidney. You do not replace any other meals with them. Make sense now?

Yup!Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been able to get online due to exams (finals around the corner). Nothing to report so far, both are happy dookers at the moment.
Lily has even more or less stopped biting: the timeout technique has worked really well.
